Dear Friends,

We are still waiting on the full results from Alison's stay in the hospital.  Some of the tissue samples that were removed were sent to a pediatric specialist at the Texas Children's Hospital for study.  The results we have on hand are incomplete at this point, so we cannot share the results with full confidence.  In addition, her specialists seem to disagree on some issues regarding her method of care, so additional tests have been ordered on Alison's blood and stool samples in an effort to bring everyone back onto the same page.   Please pray that the Lord would grant His wisdom and knowledge of Alison's body to her physicians.  Please pray that the Lord would grant His shield of protection to Alison.  Please pray that the Lord would bind the evil one to limit any potential disagreement.

Alison has suffered some congestion from the procedure in her lungs (she has had difficulty breathing due to mucus that is coming up from her lungs).  It has made her feedings and her ability to rest difficult.  She seems to be inproving on a daily basis.  Thank you, Lord!  Please pray that the Lord would grant His healing to Alison's lungs, trachea, sinuses and nasal airways.  Please pray that the Lord would increase Alison's desire to eat.  Please pray that the Lord would increase the volume of milk Alison eats every day.  Please pray that the Lord would grant Alison quality rest.

Please know that we will share the results with you as soon as we are able.  Stephanie and I remain eternally grateful for your willingness to lift up our precious daughter to the Great Physician as you pray.  You remain an important lifeline to the Lord for His continuing mercy and healing.

Stephanie and I were able to step away for a few days to gain some much needed rest.  Thank you, Lord!  Stephanie's parents did an incredible job with Alison as she was recovering from the rotavirus.  We were able to come back to a different baby girl.  Thank you, Lord!  Please pray that the Lord would bless Stephanie's parents for their continued support and willingness to care for Alison when needed.
