Our little Alison is evidently fighting an infection at a heart monitor line that goes into her body at her naval.  Please pray that the Lord will heal this infection.  It could be potentially worrisome to her recovery if they cannot remove the line and beat down the infection before it begins to travel up the line.

 

The doctors are already treating the infection with antibiotics and will get a second culture back this morning to be certain of the diagnosis.  And a new line will need to be inserted before the old one can be removed.  Alison's attending neonatologist tried twice yesterday; but because of the continued swelling, it proved difficult.  A doctor who is a pro at finding the arteries for these type of inserts will try again this morning.

 

Please pray for our little girl.  This will compound the other treatments the doctors are trying to remove from her little body.  Another update will be put up later today, but this is a specific and needed prayer request for our blessed little Alison.
